We welcome all new registrations to our club!
We are pleased to advise that we have new online Parent Portal for ease of registration and for all our members to have access to up to date information about their class and the club activities. ALL Members must register online:
Registration fees are paid upfront via Pin Payments, through the parent portal. Once registered you can book into a class and can be invoiced or pay on the spot. NEW Members can choose 2 week trial (no cost) then upgrade to the full registration fees at the end of the trial.
REGISTRATION FEES
Top End Calisthenics Club registration of $165.00/$185.00, which includes NT Calisthenics Assoc. (NTCA) and Australian Calisthenics Federation (ACF) registration and insurance.
Our Club accept the School Sport Vouchers.
Your TECCI Registration fee covers website maintenance, storage of costumes and props, certificates/trophies/medals, insurance, bookkeeping and administration.
Half of the registration fee is paid to the NTCA for registration fee, insurance, some competition expenses, governance and management of the Association.
CLASS FEES
In addition to the above registration fee our class fees cover the coach, venue, costumes, extra training fees, competition fees, awards and much more.
The class fees are dependent on the age groups :
- Tinies $110 / term
- Future Stars $160 / term
- Sub-Juniors to Intermediates
$280 / term
PRACTICE REQUIREMENTS
- Black sleeveless leotard or fitted black singlet & bicycle shorts
- Aesthetic skirt
- Clubs (Sub-Juniors - Inters) $45 hire fee
- Rods/Wands (supplied by the Club)
- Water bottle
Good Grooming is essential to good team work and safety - hair is to be up in a bun at all times
- Regular attendance to practice is required.
- Notification of illness or leave of absences is essential so that a participants's place may be held.
- Students must be punctual to all class practices so as not to delay the progress of the team.
- Respect for Coaches is to be shown at all times.
MERCHANDISE
We offer the following items for purchase through the Club:
- Club Polo Shirt $35 each
- Club Badge $5 each
Orders Forms can be downloaded (above) and handed to your your class co-ordinator with payment. All Payments can be made by EFT, however your payment receipt must be given to your class coordinator so that a receipt can be issued and your payment correctly allocated to your account, or email it directly to the club.
