We are pleased to advise that we have now set up an Online Parent Portal for ease of registration and for all our members to have access to up to date information about their class and the club activities. ALL Members must register online:
We are accepting credit card payments through the parent portal or Pay Pal. If you wish to pay later, after registration, you can still pay online through your parent portal or eft funds direct to our bank account. Once registered you will receive a Welcome Letter.
REGISTRATION FEES
Top End Calisthenics Club registration of $165.00, which includes NT Calisthenics Assoc. (NTCA) and Australian Calisthenics Federation (ACF) registration and insurance.
Our Club accept the School Sports Vouchers.
Your TECCI Registration fee covers website maintenance, storage of costumes and props, newsletters, certificates/trophies/medals, insurance, bookkeeping and administration.
Half of the registration fee is paid to the NTCA for registration fee, insurance, some competition expenses, governance and management of the Association.
For insurance purposes, registration payment must be made prior to your child commencing classes.
CLASS FEES
In addition to the above registration fee our class fees cover the coach, venue, costumes, extra training fees, competition fees, awards and much more.
The class fees are dependent on the age groups :
- Tinies $110 / term
- Future Stars $160 / term
- Sub-Juniors to Intermediates
$280 / term
PRACTICE REQUIREMENTS
- Black sleeveless leotard
- Aesthetic skirt
- Clubs & Rods (not applicable for tinies)
- Water bottle
Good Grooming is essential to good team work - hair is to be up in a bun at all times and no fly-aways or fringes.
- Regular attendance to practice is required.
- Notification of illness or leave of absences is essential so that a participants's place may be held.
- Students must be punctual to all class practices so as not to delay the progress of the team.
- Respect for Coaches is to be shown at all times.

We offer the following items for purchase through the Club:
- Club Polo Shirt $35 each
- Club Badge $5 each
Orders Forms can be downloaded (above) and handed to your your class co-ordinator with payment. All Payments can be made by EFT, however your payment receipt must be given to your class coordinator so that a receipt can be issued and your payment correctly allocated to your account, or email it directly to the club.
